Parents
We understand parents may not need everything on a given list. You can edit the list on SupplySync prior to selecting “Buy on Amazon” or in the Amazon cart prior to checkout.
Not a penny! The service is completely free to schools. We are paid a commission from Amazon on sales funneled through our site.
To prevent confusion, we only allow one Admin account and point of contact per school. The school “Admin” is typically a leader from the school, or a PTO/PTA group. This provides confidence to parents that the lists are up to date and include school-approved supplies.
The few-click purchasing functionality many parents love must flow through Amazon, however, you are welcome to print the list and purchase from your preferred retailer.
Yes, the products are directly fed from Amazon and will reflect the most recent price. Your total on Amazon should match the total shown on the supply lists.
Your school has not yet signed up for our service. Please reach out to school leadership or the PTO/PTA group and ask them to join!
We do not partner with any brands. Our aim is to make school supplies as cheap as possible. Your school may prefer brand names for certain supplies; however, we will never push a certain brand due to any relationship we have.
School Admins
Lists can be built by the school admin or our team. From the “My Lists” tab in your account, choose the option to upload your lists for our team to create, or build it yourself. If our team builds the list, you are still able to edit as needed to fit your needs.
We have identified the most common supplies and added them to our database for your convenience. If you need something from Amazon that we are not displaying, simply copy the ASIN (shown in product information on Amazon) into the form at the bottom of a list and it will populate.
School Admin accounts can create as many lists as they need. Typically, admins prefer to re-use lists each year and change the title to reflect the new year.

No set deadline, however, most schools aim to have their lists updated by the end of July each year to give parents ample time to purchase supplies.
We also have schools that take advantage of our offering for mid-year restocking or special projects. The process is the same, simply create the list in your admin portal and share with parents!
Nope! Your school will automatically be entered into the as long as your account is active. Please populate your EIN and preferred payment method in your admin portal to prevent delay should you be drawn as a winner.
